Barry E. Theal is a prominent figure in the automotive detailing industry, known for his extensive experience and leadership roles. He is the founder and CEO of SB3 Coatings, a company specializing in automotive protective coatings, and Barjack Tools. In addition to his roles at SB3 Coatings and Barjack Tools, Barry serves as the Director of Training at Detail King, where he leverages his expertise to educate and mentor individuals in the detailing field.

Barry is also actively involved with the International Detailing Association (IDA), holding certifications such as Certified Detailer-Skills Validated (CD-SV) and Recognized Independent Trainer (RIT). During his tenure with The International Detailing Association, Barry has served on The Trade Show Committee, and Marketing Committee, and was the founding chair for The newly released Social Media Committee. In recognition of his dedication and contributions, Barry received the 2023 Outstanding Service Award from the International Detailing Association (IDA). This award honors individuals who go above and beyond to advance the detailing profession and the IDA. Upon receiving the award, Barry expressed his gratitude, noting that it was a humbling experience and a significant highlight of his detailing journey.  

Barry has been involved in various ventures within the detailing industry. He founded Presidential Details, a company known for its high-quality automotive detailing services. Additionally, Barry was the founding CEO of Americana Global, before its sale. 

Beyond his business ventures, Barry is committed to serving others. His servant-based leadership has allowed him to progressively advance through various Masonic organizations. Barry is a Past Master of Mount Lebanon Lodge 226, and Manheim Lodge 587. His masonic journey has led him to be a Past High Preist twice of Royal Arch Masonry, and a Past Thrice Illustrious Master in The Cryptic Degrees of Freemasonry. Barry has also served as a Past Eminent Commander of the Knights Templar and Past Sovereign Master of the Allied Masonic Degrees. As a member of The Knights York Cross of Honor, Barry takes Freemasonry very seriously.
